Unfortunately, at this current time we are not accepting returns or exchanges. Please read the product descriptions and measurements carefully before placing your order.

 

Damages and issues

In the unlikely case there is something wrong with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, send clear pictures and all relevant information to the following email address info@hayaaclothing.co.uk and we will inspect the problem and get back to you. If your request has been accepted for a return, we may ask you to send the item back to us for a full refund. Please note, initial delivery charges will not be refundable.
